Please note:

1: – Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from the silk bliss website.

2: – We are unable to process return requests for items purchased through indirect online or offline distributors.

We offer a 15-day return policy, allowing you to return items purchased from silk bliss.in for any reason within 15 days of your purchase.

Return Conditions:

1: – The Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2: – The Item should be unused.

3: – The Item must be unwashed and undamaged.

!!Important!!

For claims regarding missing items or receiving the wrong product, we require video evidence of the unboxing. Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Claims for missing items may not be processed without video proof.

After the product is returned, it will undergo a quality check. If the item does not pass the quality check, we will not be able to process a refund.

How to Create a Return Request at silk bliss.

Visit the “Customer Experience” section on our website and select the “Raise Return” option. Enter the first four or five digits of your order ID (without the hashtag), along with the email ID or phone number you used during purchase. Then, follow the instructions after selecting the ‘Return’ option.

To get your return request approved, please share your Order ID and a clear product video showing the product and its tags on our WhatsApp number 9512667633. Once we receive the required details, your request will be approved immediately.

We offer a pick-up service for returns to the address provided at the time of your order placement. Please note that the address cannot be changed during the return process, so ensure you are available at the given address.

Our courier partner will pick up the product directly from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS notification on the day of pick-up.

What Happens If the Product Pick-Up Fails:

Pick up can be attempted 3 times only for the item. If the item is not picked up after the third attempt, the return request will be marked as failed. For further assistance, you can contact our customer care at 9512667633.

Please Note:
silk bliss is not responsible if the wrong product is handed over to the delivery person at the time of pick-up.

The return request can only be applied once by the customer.

FOR EXCHANGE

To raise an exchange request, the process is the same as our 15-day exchange policy for returns. However, you must select the desired size for the replacement during the request. We are not responsible if you choose the wrong size, as the selected size will be shipped,if error is from customer side then customer must bear all the shipping and other charges.

Exchange Process:

After placing the exchange request, share your Order ID and a clear product video (showing the product and its tags) for approval on our WhatsApp number 9512667633.

Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, your exchange order will be shipped.

Important Notes:

The product must be unused and have all tags intact when raising the request.

If we receive the wrong product at our warehouse, the exchange order will not be processed

Please note that customers can raise a return or exchange request only once through the website. Once the exchange product has been delivered, it will not be eligible for return.

Note :

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a return or exchange within the specified return period.

Customer-Side Reason:
If the return or exchange is requested due to customer preferences (such as dislike of the product, color expectations, size selection, or any incorrect order placed by the customer), applicable charges including shipping, packaging, and bank transaction fees will be deducted.
Our-Side Error:
If the return or exchange is due to an error from our side (such as wrong product, damaged item, or defect), we will cover all charges. In such cases, exchange or full refund will be provided without any deductions.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are allowed subject to product availability. In case of customer-side exchange requests, applicable charges (shipping, packaging, etc.) will be applied.

All returns/exchanges will be processed only after the product is received and passes quality inspection.
