Refund Policy

To ensure a smooth return and refund process, we request all customers to record an open-packing video after receiving the shipment. This video is essential if you wish to return the product and request a refund.
NOTE: Order is not accepted if the packaging is torn or in bad condition.

Return Process:

1. Raise a return request on our website within the return window.
2. Share the open-packing video clearly showing the product’s condition and packaging.
3. Ensure the product is handed back to the courier in unused and original condition.
Returns will only be accepted if the video evidence is complete and matches the return request.

Refund Timeline:

Once your return request is approved by our customer service team, the pickup is scheduled within 2–3 business days.
After we receive the item in our warehouse, it goes through a quality check that takes up to 2 days.
Upon successful inspection, the refund is initiated After 7 working days of return pick up.
The time it takes for the refund to reflect depends on your original mode of payment.
The expected timelines are as below:

Refund Policy for Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is lost in transit or cannot be delivered to your specified address, a full refund—including any shipping charges paid online—will be issued once the shipment is returned to our warehouse.

Order Cancellation Policy
You can request to cancel your order by emailing us at silkblissfashion@gmail.com.in within 6 hours of placing it. Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM.

Please note:
Orders which are already shipped cannot be cancelled
If the cancellation is successful, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method, and it will reflect in your account within 24 hours.

Refund Timeline for Debit & Credit Card Payments

The processing time for refunds made via Debit or Credit Card depends primarily on your bank’s policies.

Banks typically send SMS alerts only for refunds above ₹5,000.
For refunds below ₹5,000, please check your bank account or card statement for confirmation.

Note :

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a return or exchange within the specified return period.

Customer-Side Reason:
If the return or exchange is requested due to customer preferences (such as dislike of the product, color expectations, size selection, or any incorrect order placed by the customer), applicable charges including shipping, packaging, and bank transaction fees will be deducted.
Our-Side Error:
If the return or exchange is due to an error from our side (such as wrong product, damaged item, or defect), we will cover all charges. In such cases, exchange or full refund will be provided without any deductions.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are allowed subject to product availability. In case of customer-side exchange requests, applicable charges (shipping, packaging, etc.) will be applied.

All returns/exchanges will be processed only after the product is received and passes quality inspection.
